All our steers are born on farm, raised with their mothers until 8 months old. We wean them on to pasture and also supplementary feed with spent brewers grains from the Tinshed Brewery in Dungog. This diverts a waste product from landfill and provides our steers with a very tasty source of nutrition. It allows us to finish our steers slightly younger, ensuring the best meat quality and maintaining our pasture health.
You will get a mix of steaks, roasts, sausages and mince all vac-packed for convenience.
